Very good list of items from Dunes.

And David and Renee make an excellent point: Most foreclosures come on the market being listed with a Realtor. So any Realtor can access the MLS and provide you a nearly complete free listing of foreclosures that you can buy.

If they're not listed on the MLS yet, you can try Dunes' links. But you may well find you'll have to wait a while--maybe a couple of months--until the foreclosures are listed.

Hope that helps.

If you have the cash to buy, you can purchase directly from the foreclosure sales that occur twice a month. If you require a mortgage to purchase, I could provide you with a composite list. Ninety five percent of foreclosures come to the market with Realtor representation. I wouldn't spend money on a list that you could otherwise obtain for free. You can email me directly at WBRrealtor@aol.com to let me know exactly what you are looking for.
