Halley,

Determining the financing for which you would qualify is a very simple thing to do. It always involves an analysis of the "three pillars of approval." They are income, assets and credit.

After a brief conversation or e-mail I can send you a short checklist of items that I'd need you to return so that I could set up the pre-approval application for you. The process is free and does not obligate you in any way, and usually only takes the better part of a half hour. Any questions, just call or e-mail.

Thank you!

Hi Halley,

The first step is setting up a meeting with a lender/mortgage broker who will, based on the financial information you give, pre-approve you for a home loan. Second step ....contact an experienced realtor whom you feel comfortable working with who will show you houses for sale in your qualifying price range.
Fell free to contact me.

Depends on your situation, needs and preferences, I will be able to instroduce you to different mortgage brokers who will be able to evaluate your finances in relation to the mortgage you will be able to acquire. As a real estate agent, and with your permission, I will sit with you in those sessions to understand your situation. We can then take what we found out from those sessions and map that to the available homes in Novato that will work for your situation.

Give me a call or email me and we can go from there.

Working with my team of loan agents and accountant is key. Not only should you look at what your monthly payment should be but what is the tax benefit. I can help you determine what is possible.
