Please do not pay for this info. it is available for free. A local agent can provide you with all the details you need. do not be taken by these internet foreclosure sites. the properties they post are not even on the market,and the prices are totally inaccurate. These sites publish notices of foreclosure & default they pull from public records.

You can ask a local realtor to sign you up with auto-emails, I know in my market we can put in criteria in our searches to only deliver homes directly to your email that are in a "short sale" or "pre-foreclosure" status only. So if you are working with a Realtor in Tucson ask them to help you find a home by setting you up with automatic emails.
