If you are searching in the Santa Clara County, as Nina noted below, go to http://www.mlslistings.com to find available housing. If you have not used this website before, let me help you.

In the first line, "Class", use the "pull down" button on the far right, and select "ACTIVE." This will give you only the homes that are currently available for sale.

In the second line, type the name or names of the cities in which you're interested in living. Separate the names with a comma. For example, Los Gatos,Monte Sereno. Don't put a "space" after the comma as the system doesn't like the spaces.

If you wish to do your search by Zip Codes, you can skip the city information and enter only the zip codes. Again, separate multiple zip codes by commas--no spaces after the comma.

You may skip the "area" unless you wish to further modify your search by sections within the available MLS areas. And, unless you have a specific home or MLS number you're tyring to view, you may also skip this space as well.

To find ONLY 2 bedroom and 2 bath homes, use the pull down buttons available in the spaces marked "bed" and "bath" and then change the space to the right from "min" to "exact." This will narrow your search to only available 2 bedroom and 2 bath homes.
