How can someone with bad credit get a home?
I know for a fact that my credit score is at 595, how can I get a home without a co-signer?

FIRST ANSWER
In this market yu really need a minimum 620 plus 2 yr. work history sufficient income to meet monthly note,taxes,insurance & maintenance plus acceptable debt to income ratio.
