The easiest way I know is to contact a local Realtor. All you have to do is ask. I would happily supply a list of foreclosures to anyone interested in seeing what is available in Brevard County, Florida. Of course, I would hope, as I am sure the agent you contact would also, that you would allow me to assist you in purchasing any property you may be interested in seeing. However, you would still incur no cost as the commission for the sale would be paid by the seller.
