I have an agent friend in my office who specializes in the modern contemporary homes. Just go to http://www.ModernDFW.com and you can view all modern/contemporary homes there.

There is also some terrific modern/contemporary new construction going on in East Dallas. There are some interesting older 1950's era homes in E. Dallas, as well as Oak Cliff. Just depends on what you want! Modern is hot, hot, hot! I'd love to help you, Monica Grosz 214-762-1515

In the area from Park Cities north there are about 100 homes with at least 2,400 square feet that are classified as modern/contemporary. They range in price from $300k to well into the 8-digits. About 50 are under $800k, most are priced in the $110-150 psf range but there are more luxurious ones above that.
Depending on exactly where and what features you're looking for expect low $400s at a minimum to close to a mil on the high side, unless you want the deluxe models. Also a few cheaper are out there, down to $250k, but you would have to see if they are suitable for your tastes.

Difficult to find, but we can make a search for you. We'll have to do this for you as I don't think the public search engines allow front line customers to enter this search criteria. There are very few, but occasionally they pop up, so we'll just have to look. I'll be listing one shortly and it should be in the $425,000 price range. Contact my office we have many locations in mind. Most contemporary houses will start $700K an up. I do know of one that is lease central location $5K per month. Contemporary homes are usually luxury residences you wont find any for less than $700K general rule in the area.

The Prestonwood area of Dallas has several contemporary homes starting in the mid 300s range. Also, The North Dallas area by Frankfort and Preston has pockets with contemporary.
