You can look search FHA approved projects in hud.gov
Olmsted Green was just FHA approved last week.
Hi Abd- Here is a link that will be helpful. Make sure you know the NAME of the condo association or development- not just the address.

Most of the places on this list are based on some kind of Name. If you need any further help with financing or anything else, please let me know. Thanks and good luck,
Ken L.
I assume you are writing about condos as all other financeable properties have and need no prior approval. Most direct lenders have the approved list at their disposal. Until 12/7 when HUD announces their new condo guidelines, lenders can still spot approve condo projects if they meet HUD guidelines. So, just because the project is not on the HUD list today doesn't mean it cannot be spot approved. I will tell you if you are going to go this route you want to have a lender who knows how to and has done these before. I have approved over 20 projects in the past 15 years so feel free to contact me for advice.
Good Question. There is a list of FHA approved properties. If you contact Christina Longo at Christina.Longo@prospectmtg.com she will be able to clarify whether or not the property you are interested in is eligible.
When you are ready to buy or if you would like to view any properties please contact me.

Thats a very good question! I believe FHA has an approved website that lenders use when doing loans. Ask your mortgage professional to help you get a list for your area
