How can an Indian citizen purchase a property in US ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Well, I'm an Indian citizen & I wanna purchase property worth US$60,000/-, but I can only do that if the Realtor company can arrange a visitor visa for me, so that I can come to US, take a look at the property, sign the papers & make a cash payment, either as a downpayment or in full. So, please advise as to how this can be facilitated ??

There are loan products in the US that allow foreign nationals to purchase without any visa.
You will still of course have to come to the US - but a tourist visa is enough.
No need for social security number or visa of any kind.

The home must be an investment to you - you can use this product to move into the US.

Hope this helps,
Shai.

$60,000 is not going to get you much in Buffalo. It will be in poor shape and need repair and updates. If you do this, please make sure you get a good property manager, you will need one!

Make sure you use a reputable Realtor, so check with more than one.
