This information is available to everyone. Visit the referenced site below and run a property search, then pull up the full listing detail by clicking on the address or map icon. Look for "Disclosures" under Additional Information.

The search can easily be set up to only pull bank owned or regular sales as well - if you need help with this feel free to contact us.

Thanks,

Robert

The local MLS allows Realtors to see if the property is an REO Real Estate Owned or Foreclosure, Short Sale, or None of the Above which means Resale. I can assist you in your search by sorting out these different types of listings for you and showing you the best properties that match your search criteria. feel free to contact me Clay McCombs Realtor with Keller Williams Realty at 661-477-1588

Hi Barbararedfearn, to be sure you should work with a Realtor who has local MLS access in your area.
