How can I search for homes that are on well water rather than city water?

That is not a difficult issue. A real estate professional will be required.

It would be beneifical to understand your preference to such a property.
Is the well simply to avoid the fees for irrigatrion? If so, there are many properties having both irrigation well and municipal water.
Perhaps you place value on Floride and chlorine free water. This comes with it's own hazards. In either case, a real estate professional is your best bet. Othewise simply search areas with very low population denisty.

Your agent should be able to search MLS using the keyword "well", and provide you with a list of all properties that show up within your area and budget. Was this answer helpful? If so please click on the "green thumbs up" or the "best answer".

I would talk to a local agent and ask them to set up a search for you. They would most likely know where well water properties are located.
