Every time I try to look any up online they ask for credit card info. Is there anyway I can get free info?
Anne,
Work with and through a local real estate professional. You will benefit in so many ways by becoming associated with a realtor and as a buyer, the fee for professional services is normally paid for by the seller.
Good luck
I look them up on MLS all the time but the Real deals are investor property's. I blog about these 1-2 times per month as they come available (I suggest you subscribe to get them immediately). Usually right after the Master of Equity sale on the first Monday of each month. They are never on MLS or any web site. Be prepared to act quickly as Lexington SC 29072 and 29073 doesn't have that many super deals and they are gone super fast. Even the ones on MLS.
Other free resources to use are Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac , HUD and USDA web sites. As well as most large lenders sites like Bank America.
Do understand that the best deals ARE NOT from the foreclosure lists but from knowledgeable investors.
Ms. Anne,
I make a list of foreclosures, short sales, bank owned and HUD properties available to persons who work with me as an agent to purchase such properties. If you are interested, contact me! No credit card needed.
Thank you,

Through a local real estate agent. DO NOT pay for the Realty Trac information - it tells you what homes have filings in the local court system; which does not necessarily mean the homes are for sale. If you're looking into buying, hire an agent to work with you on your terms.
