Hi Nicole,
You want to make sure the condominium complex is FHA approved. The listing agent or your buyer's agent should be able to tell you this. You also want to speak with a lender, perhaps one you came across in your home buyer course. I am sure your buyer's agent could recommend someone to prequalify you.
