If you are simply looking for sales data in a specific area, both Zillow.com and Trulia.com provides comparable information that separates home data to "sold" and "listed." In your case, just click on the "sold" tab, and you can get the sales for any address and the current sales prices. Otherwise, any agent can provide you with the data from that past that you'll need to find sale information for a complex. Finally, the last option is the easiest, and that's to contact the developer's office and to ask them when the community sold out and what the last sales price was. You'd be surprised at how forthcoming some of the developers are with this information.

As soon as the transaction has closed the information will be on the public record. If it was an MLS listing just give us the address and any one here can give you the sales price. If it was not listed we can still find it but it just takes a little more effort.
