How can I get a rent to own home or is there anyone out there willing to do a contract for deed in Mn 55330?

I have a seller looking to do just that in Otsego, it is 3 bedroom 2 bath not sure what you criteria is. Feel free to contact me for other options as well.

The major points are that you have to go beyond just searching the comments section in the MLS for "lease option" or "rent to own" or "contract for deed." There are other ways to find many of them in the MLS. And there are many that won't be listed in the MLS at all.

And there are plenty in your general area that aren't on the MLS. Here's a Craigslist search for "contract for deed," just as an example: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/search/rea?query=contract+…

I found 15 properties in that Zip code with Contract for deed.

I will depend on your downpayment and monhtly payment.
