Good answer Lola, I might add that some agents will not work in certain areas price ranges and would had the business off to another agent in their office.
I'm not going to tell you that my office has been one of the to 5 Century 21 offices in the world for the past few years and #1 in the country consistently,because that may not be important to you. I would like to suggest you talk with people you may know that have bought or sold a home in your area, interview 3 agents and find out who the best fit for your needs is.

Call your local MLS board, and ask them to send you the data, via email. The real question is why? If you are looking for the best agent, to help you sell or buy a home, it may not always be the one with the most sales. Do they specialize only in foreclosures? Or, do they list under market value? Do they handle their own paperwork, or pass it off to an assistant?
