How can I find out a closing date on a property?

Unless you were a party to the transaction, one would have to question why you feel entitled to and require this information....

Dear Deborah:

The listing and selling agent should have that date from the closing attorney. The loan officer for the file should have the date as well. If you are the buyer or seller you should have access to that date. If you are watching a property, then you will have to have your agent keep an eye on the computer to see when it is post.
