By using an experienced Realtor, you not only will have assurance that all details have been checked, but it also will not cost you a penny. The bank signs a contract with the Agent that lists the property for sale and whether or not the buyer uses their own agent, the bank pays the same fee. So, it only makes sense to have someone looking out for your best interests. Plus, we (Realtors) are in this business dealing with homes, neighborhoods, banks, issues and transactions every day. We are trained to know what to look for to protect the buyer, to make sure you have all the facts, and to give you all the information we can for you to make a sound decision.
