If you are working with an attorney in the purchase of this home, they should be able to tell you what other liens are on the property. If you are not working with an attorney, I would be happy to recommend one.
If home is not in foreclosure great opportunity purchase it not remaining balance of mortgage value of what home is worth, list price. Your buyers agent can assist in submitting your sales offer contract.
