How about Lakeside, CA, in SD Cnty? I moved from the Topa Hill area there 2 1/2 years ago, and may consider
relocating.
Do you see the market bottoming within a year, or might I get a good value on a half acre home or larger now?

FIRST ANSWER
That is the million dollar question. Nobody really knows. But logic would tell you now is a great time to buy with low interest rates, lots of inventory, motivated sellers. It is better time to buy when less people are buying as the sellers will be more motivated than when everyone is out looking
