FIRST ANSWER
Craigslist is not as reliable as say Trulia or Zillow. Craiglsist is just another tool to gather information, whether it would be to find a property or compare property, however if once you have the info, you need to know what to do with it and how tio use it to your advantage to get a better deal on a house. That is where the buyer broker comes into play. Assistance with bidding, financing, inspections, disclosures and closing the deal.
