Hello Sotes,
If you are looking for a real estate agent that can assist you and guide you, so you may purchase a home I would suggest looking through Tulia's "Find an Agent" tab and search for agents in the area you are looking to purchase in. I would be more than happy to help find the right home for you, feel free to call me at (661)964-7321 or via email at AlexM@Troop.com. Best of luck Sotes.

Best Regards,

You would make some calls first, after looking over the resumes here....on Trulia. The Realtors should set up meetings with you to discuss your needs. A good "Buyer Agent" will explain all the steps to you so you are informed and comfortable with the home buying process.

Many agents will not work with you until you get a pre-approval letter.

While you are at it, a pre-approval letter from my company will give you a strategic advantage when buying a home.

So you can contact me by simply clicking my picture, and I can get you a pre-approval letter and explain how you get the strategic advantage.

Visit open house in the area that your looking to purchase. You'll meet all kinds of agents, everyone is so different. Usually you will click with someone. Try to find someone who really knows the area that you want to live. Ask people you know who live in the area for a referral to a good agent also.

I can recommend a good one. For mortgage help, call or email for a free pre-approval in less than 10 minutes. We lend our own money and are licensed in 49 states and you can apply online at http://www.myccmtg.com.

We can do: FHA, Conventional, USDA, VA, HARP, Interest Only, Home Equity, Fixed, and Variable. Find out which product is right for you by calling Brad at (855) 415-5626.

Contact a couple of reputable Realtors in your community. I suggest talking with more than one. Ask each one of them questions, perhaps even meet with them.

At that point, choose one of the Realtors that you like and start looking for homes together, getting approved for your loan, etc.

Best of luck.

I can certainly recommend you to a real estate agent. Have you taken the first step in the buying process and gotten pre-approved for a loan?
