A few years ago, Vienna was voted by Money magazine as one of the 10 best towns to live in the country. Being a Vienna resident, I couldn't agree more! That said, single-family homes are not cheap. If you're willing to live in a townhouse or condo, the prices are a bit more manageable. If you'd like help with your home search, please just let me know. I'm happy to help. And you can search for homes through my website, www.cmvarner.com. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!

It depends on what you mean by "not so expensive". Vienna is a highly desirable area to live and therefore home prices are on the high side there.
I did a quick search in Vienna and single family home prices go as low as $400k. Of course, it looks like anything in that price range will most likely be bank owned or a short sale. If you were willing to put some time and effort into fixing a home up - that might be an option for you. If you would like to search for yourself, feel free to use my site. If you have any questions or you would like to see a property feel free to give me a call. Thu May 8 2008, 10:07 Web Reference: http://www.provident-properties.com
