Houses on Summit Dr.?
What is the deal with all of the houses on Summit Dr. in Hillsborough being for sale? Is there something we should know?

There are currently 4 active on Summit, one is conting. on the close of another home. All the active ones are being sold by their owners, not any foreclosures I could see. Sometimes this happens where you will see 2 or 3 or more home for sale very near each other, without knowing each persons motivation it's sometimes hard to assetain why, I don't see any problem with that area in general.
