Anna,
The home is in a rural area with agriculture around it. It is only .94 of an acre so would not have alot of room for the horse. What you would have to do is check the zoning for this particular parcel. If it is not zoned that way with it's present surroundings I don't think you would have a problem getting it changed. Of course the home does not have a barn or out buildings with it so those would have to be added.
