While I do not handle homeowners insurance specifically, I do represent more buyers in the Santa Barbara area than any other real estate agent and consolidating that data from my other buyers you will be in the $65-90 range. There are many factors including the: insurance company, amount of coverage, deductible, and the nature of the property. That said, that should get you started. If you are in a high fire hazard area and are limited to certain insurance carriers your insurance may be $100-130/mo.
I would recommend State Farm or AAA here in town as two of the top choices that I, and numerous clients, have used in the past.
