Home inspection companies in Memphis?

I'm looking for recommendations on home inspection companies in Memphis? Or ones you've had a bad experience that I should avoid.

Memphis Inspection Service, LLC is the company we recommend as thorough and with excellent follow through. Please check his site in the link provided. Steve had years of experience with Amerispec before he opened his own company, and has many realtors who followed him due to his work skills.

David,
The DoscherTeam highly recommends House Call Inspection Service, LLC. We have received raving reviews from our clients regarding the inspectors' professionalism, quality of service and FREE re-inspections and limited home warranty.

If you email me direct I can give yoy a list of home inspectors that my clients have used and really like. The inspection process is about YOU the buyer - not me the Realtor. My partner and I sell over 200 homes a year for the past 11 years - we have seen good inspections and bad ones.

I think you are very smart to inquire about an inspection on your investment.

Best wishes,

Jo Shaner

I don't generally recommend vendors but Picture Perfect Home Inspections always does a thorough job and quickly (usually the same evening) provides a concise report wtih pictures to back up observations via email.
