Hello Kenton. In your price range the areas you would be interested in with historically and architecturally significant homes would be the Madison Heights and Prospect Park areas. If you can, look at 611 Westover, 736 and 812 Arden Road, or 824 S. Euclid, all beautiful homes. I hope this helps.
