Hi Kenton,

I might add that the San Marino area is something you may consider. San Marino is adjacent to Pasadena and is an exclusive community with only single family residences, no apartments, condos or townhomes. I am a specialist in residential property in San Marino, Pasadena, and South Pasadena. I see you have several others who have responded but if you would like to take a look at San Marino, please give me a call! I would be more than happy to assist you. You can view my profile and see that I work for Prudential California Realty. My San Marino office just merged with the Pasadena Regional Office. Best of luck!

Hello Kenton. In your price range the areas you would be interested in with historically and architecturally significant homes would be the Madison Heights and Prospect Park areas. If you can, look at 611 Westover, 736 and 812 Arden Road, or 824 S. Euclid, all beautiful homes. I hope this helps. FYI: I am intimately familiar with Pasadena as I live and work in Pasadena near Madison Heights and if you prefer, I can email you the listings in thoee areas and then preview for you any that are of interest. Let me know if I can be of service and don't hesitate to email me at gilda@dicksonpodley.com. I would love to earn your business.

Hello Kenton,

I just joined and am surprised to see no one has responded from Pasadena. I am a real estate agent with the leading broker in Pasadena- Coldwell Banker. We have three offices in Pasadena and in every city nearby. I would be glad to help you find a new home here in Pasadena or a nice area nearby. Are you moving for work, or to be closer to family? If so you are selecting one of the nicest parts of LA. I can help you find the right home for you here and show you around Pasadena. If interested in letting me help you please get in touch with me at your convenience. Below is a link to some properties in Pasadena and the surrounding areas you may like. I can get you just the right one with some more information from you.

Hi Kenton,
My name is Sarah and I am a broker. I was born and raised in the Pasadena area. So, I am very familiar with the areas. Much of Pasadena is historic. Are you referring to near the downtown? There is also a little pocket called bungalow heaven. Another historic area is near the Rose Bowl which is the Linda Vista area. Additionally, the SW area of Orange Grove/Grand in really lovely. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I would be happy to answer. If you go to my website I have free seachable MLS for Pasadena. I am located in San Diego but have listings in Los Angeles in Arcadia which is right next to Pasadena. My website has 3 searchable MlS's. The link to Pasadena Props takes you to another website I have which has a link to a free MLS. You don't need to register. Just jump on and start searching. If you see something that looks intersting and you want to ask a question, just drop me an e-mail or call me. I would be happy to help direct your search.

Thanks,

Dear Keton,

You are going to many great replies. You are not going to get many people referring another agent. We have referred many to Mark Shea because of his knowledge, professionalism and dedication. I would ask hat you give Mark a call at mark@shea-realestate.com. www.shea-realestate.com
His cell phone is 858-759-5238
He is based out of San Diego but is really connected in all of southern California. He will take good care of you
