An investment for what? What constitutes success here?

A few questions come immediately to mind (in no order):
1. What are you considering - presonal or investment?
2. Price range?
3. How long will it be held?
4. Exit strategy?
5. What's your ability to qualify and time frame to buy?
6. Special requirements/must haves?
7. What are your expectations?

You're hopping into a taxi and telling the driver "I'm hungry, take me somewhere good in Atlanta".

Make sense?

Both areas are favorable. Roswell and Alpharetta have great schools, and easy access to the interstates. Your determining factor may come down to where you work ( due to traffic) and the home that you decide to purchase. Even though the market has seen a drop in pricing the areas have held up well. I am including the links for the education system so that you can look at the school reports. Areas with higher school test scores usually hold value and demand a higher price for homes. I hope the information helps and if there are any other questions you may have you may contact me and I will assist you.

If you are looking for a Buyers Agent to assist you with your home purchase I would be happy to work with you.
