The single family house in fort lee your asking size is about 5,184sqf. lot size,
but unfortunately that house is been sold. Sorry. There is many other house or condo in Fort Lee
in that price arrange. Of course it is depend on how may bedrooms, baths and location. Is there is any

The seller's disclosure shows that the age of the roof is 1998(so it was probably builit in 1998 around then) As for the square footage, this is all approximate:
The lot size is 25 x 104.5 so the building would approximately be about 19 x 50
so including the garage would be around 2800sqft, but the liveable space would be around 2300+

FIRST ANSWER

Bak,

The property was built in 2000. I am not able to locate the exact square footage. It has not been provided by the seller, however given the photos and other things I have seen which are similar I would say the property is between 1,800 and 2,200 sq.ft.
