These photos will be removed immediately upon the Realtor closing the transaction with her/his Board. However, If the home had virtual tours , they can be displayed on Youtube.com forever. Ask the Agent to remove this file from her source for Photography .

The listing agent has the ability to remove the house from Trulia. This is not always done in a timely manner unfortunately.

The listing agent will need to update the MLS for it to change in Trulia or any other website

Light,

As soon as the house closes (you don't mention if you are already the owner or just the contract purchaser heading towards closing right now), if the listing was automatically fed to Trulia from the MLS, it should be removed automatically from active on Trulia but it will still show up in "sold" searches.

Contact the listing agent. There is a way to remove the listing if it was manually entered, but it wil still remain on Trulia at least until you close.

The pictures are not removed by Trulia, you need to ask teh agent who loaded the listing to edit the listings and remove the pictures manually if so choose. if that agent uses an automatic feed such as the ir mls listings are exported to sites like this, they may have no control of editing what is already published. Start with teh listing agent is my best advice.
