statement for home loan approval? so far we talk to bank of america, online website, they don't even take a look bank statement, what they want only 2 year tax return. For tax return, we don't have high gross income because we are self-employed and in business for 2 years. First year small profit because most money goes with machine assets and store set up. This year is going to be 2nd year of business. But in tax it will have a lot of machine deductions so gross income will be not that high. However. our business is growing and expanding very well in this economy. we are doing good.

Anyone has any suggestion? we are going to buy house in Royal Oak or Troy, Michigan.
