Dear Vickie, I would assume you have no further comment on my question or you would have provided what your thoughts were about the topic. I am looking for others to share their input regarding the topic to my question specifically-15 years in the busines, one never knows all, and that goes for asking questions-no question is a dumb question...right place to ask your question in Questions verses blogging. More positive answers and input generally may gain you more referrals. I am in Humboldt County, and formerly from the Bay area. My Corporate is in San Francisco where you are located. My question was part opinion, research, and question. I feel appropiately put , and I did blogg too! Faced Booked, Twittered and more! Our current economic market offers opportunity for families to help their kids, with descretion and good judgement. That may apply to others too...especially since the MMP plan has a eligiblity requirement for the co-borrower must not have also been their home 3yrs! Thks
