home owner to purchase in? I'm interested in Sailboat Bend, Victoria Park but want to learn about some hidden gems that may be more in my price range $150-200k. We're married and looking for our first home to start a family. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
IF you like condo living, then live in one of the great buildings on or near Las Olas Blvd. Like Las Olas Riverhouse, Watergarden, Las Olas Grand, NuRiver Landing, or the Symphony. If you live living in a house or townhouse, then take a look in Rio Vista, Las Olas Isles, Colee Hammock or Victoria Park. ALL areas are fantastic, close to downtown and quite beautiful might I add.
Please call me if I can help you find a place.
Kindest regards,

Hi Natalie,
I would look at another neighborhood called Poinsettia Heights. Home values have come down dramatically and the style of the homes are similar to Victoria Park. The location is just north of Sunrise Blvd and approximately a 5 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Hi Natalie: I just found this question after responding to your other posting about Sailboat Bend. There are lots of nice, safe areas in Fort Lauderdale - Coral Ridge Isles, Victoria Park, Sailboat Bend, Wilton Manors.... there are also several super places at amazing prices. Remember, you are in the "driving seat" as sellers are extremely motivated right now.
Very best of luck to you. Again, if I can help in any way - let me know!
Angela
