Since this is a co-operative and not a condo, the montly fees are maintenance fees. At Towers at Water's Edge, the maintenance fees are monthly and include the following: All utilities (electric, heat, gas, hot water), central air conditioning, secuirty alarm, grounds maintenance/snow removal, use of doorman services (located in main builiding), access to amenities such as pool, tennis, fitness center. Also onsite is indoor and outdoor parking, dry cleaners, cafe/grocery, salon/spa.
The monthly maintenance payments are 45% tax deductible as well. So there is a savings at the year's end.
