Hi! I need to find a lease option in my area (49283) and I'm thinking I need to use an agent to do it. What?

can I expect to pay in fees for an agent to help me? What if they can't find anything for me? Thanks!

A lease with option is another good thought besides the land contract. An agent's fees are 9 times out of 10 times paid for by the seller of the property that you are leasing or getting on land contract.
