March is a great time to relocate to D.C. The weather is turning and inventory should be good, especially with the elections and changes that may come. I'd be happy to advise you in October, as to the benefits of buying versus renting and assist you in either facet. By the way when you do come to town for your final relocation, you have to checkout the Cherry Blossoms, that will be about the time they come out.
