We would presume that you are not looking for condos. with HOA fees ascending since that indicates they are rising or increasing.
We would suggest that you look for a development where fees are stable and have remained that way over the past several years. We have found that the various Divosta Communities have very low fees for the amount of amenities you are provided. Some of the amenities are as follows: lagoon and lap pools, basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, bank, car wash, gas station, restaurant, beauty salon, and much more all for around $200 per month. There are also other communities with even lower fees, but have fewer amenities such as Whittenberg Villas on Davis Blvd.
