Hi, Finding a 2 bedroom in that range will be tough. I did a preliminary search on the multiple listing service, which encompasses everybodys listings, and found about 17 options. They are located in Peekskill, Ossining, Hartsdale, Yonkers, and Mount Vernon I hold buyer consulatation sessions to go over the process of buying from A to Z, there are alot of things you should know about purchasing a coop. There are many options in Yonkers for that price range. I recommend you pre-approve yourself before you start looking. Garden unit for $150,000 will be a coop which may require 10%-15% down payment.
