Go get a surveyor to do a survey for you. Many lenders these days don't require a survey, some do and some won't. It is always an option for a buyer to get one but many buyers opt to save $500-700 or more. I hope you didn't opt out of the title insurance too.
i presume you closed without an attorney and opted not to get a new survey. did you update the current one? review your closing documents and see if you find relative info. I suggest you contact the title company. Order a survey now - always good to have! Good luck!
