Foreign nationals are usually required to put 30% down payment. I have a great loan officer who is experienced with these types of loans. Please send me a private email at Lucie@KW.com so I can respond to it. Thanks!

Hello,

There are several banks/lenders who will be able to give you a loan depending on several criteria. I can refer some names so you can give them more details on exactly what you are looking to invest in, and they will be able to guide you on the process. If you are not already working with a realtor, I can help you with your investment properties as well.

Please email me some details so I can forward you the information. Best wishes.

I've worked with several foreign nationals buying real estate in the U.S., While there are many lenders who say they can help you, you need a lender who is experienced in all aspects of a "foreign" transaction. Please email me directly and I'll be happy to pass on my lenders information and answer any other questions you might have about the process here.

I have several lenders who can help you, please e-mail me at gail.levin@kw.com and I will give you the names and phone numbers of who to contact. I would suggest that you get a couple of mortgage broker's to give you quotes, that way you can see who works best for you.
