After a very quick MLS search, I found 2 that sold in the last 2 months and 4 or 5 under agreement. Where did you see that none have sold?

Are you currently working with a Realtor? If not, I would suggest interviewing a couple and working with one that makes you feel comfortable and also works with you as a consultant. A good Realtor will be able to provide you with statistics on neighborhood sales and other information that may be important to you.
