Where are you looking for sold information? the best source is MLS and according to MLS there have been 2 sold single family homes in the past 2 months1 at $282,500 and 1 at $650,000. there are 4 homes on deposit but not yet sold in the past 2 months.

FIRST ANSWER

The market in general likely plays the strongest reason. However, at this moment there are SEVERAL under contract, which means if you want to buy or sell in Stow, now is the time to move.
