Can you believe, I was just having New Year Dinner at Sunny Palace tonight, and I told the owner about your listing. I told him, that he should buy it for his dozens of employees from NYC as dorm, and he asked me if the house has finished basement, enough rooms...etc. They could NOT believe at such great price!!!

While I introduced your listing to the owners, manager introduce another one who also very interested in buying houses in East Brunswick "near Sunny Palace" and I was told "... he has all cash if it is really only $379,000 ..."

Even more powerful, you can ask Jose 732 979-9100 (cell) to distribute hundreds of copies of your listing to Sunny Palace's parking lot (wow! full house tonight! economy is coming back in East Brunswick in 2009 for sure ...) every Sunday Dim Sim time before your open house ... You shall reach lots of prospective buyers ... and wealthy buyers for your other listing ...

Keep in mind, Sunny Palace is one of the highest energy place, many wealthy Chinese will go to eat and they all have CASH or friends or relatives ready to buy houses in East Brunswick where there is a Board of Education member is Chinese and get everyone know East Bruswick is one of the best school districts in NJ ...etc.

Cheng, when are we meeting for Dim Sum at Sunny Palace? :)

With taxes under 6000, you should look into Southwood development in Old Bridge. Congregation Beth Ohr is across the street. Prices are approx 300-350k and taxes are approx 5000. In EB, you can get a small cape in Lois Park for 250-300k, taxes approx 6000 and a good 25 min walk.

It is also so close to http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=5+GLENSIDE+CT,+eas… one of the best Dim Sim Chinese restaurant in NJ called Sunny Palace http://www.sunnypalace.com/ that we go every Saturday morning ... I would bet all Chinese families would love to live here...
