Hi. I am looking at a property that was just added.

It is a foreclosure property and says I need to go through realtytrac. I cannot go through just another realtor for this? And also, it says that price is 44K approx. Is that actually the price they are asking for the house?

Realtrac is always outdated........ use the same search criteria on my site and will have your result.
If I could be of more help, I know all foreclosed, bank owned properties around!

Hi Jennifer,

Is it a foreclosure or pre-foreclosure? Not all pre-foreclosure are on the MLS system. Realltytrac pulls all late payment records and display them on there system. If you would like more information about Realtytrac please email vickiebhomes@yahoo.com

You can contact a Realtor in that area and have them research that home.
Without knowing the details of the home, We cannot know what the asking price is.
