There are plenty of short sale listings but many are a waste of time. REO and short sales are about 75% of sales in some areas of this market.

We notice that the majority of your choice locations are on the east coast of Florida. Except for Clearwater.......
There are a number of great locations south of Clearwater that offer outstanding beach amenities as well very desirable quality of life. Sarasota, Bradenton, & Venice are excellent options.
