require a monthly fee about $40 to view their lists. ( realty trac, realty store )
Are their lists not available to MLS services , like coldwellbanker...
Hello Foreclosed Home Buyer,
With access to the Florida Gulfcoast MLS through http://www.swfloridahomebuyer.listingbook.com you will have free up to date information on all area wide foreclosed properties. Most home buyers like yourself like to be able to search for deals from the comfort of your computer. However, if you would like to enlist my services as a buyer's agent (also free of charge) to assist you in finding out additional information on those properties that you find that meet your criteria or perhaps you want to schedule a couple of days to view homes and begin the offer process, I would be happy to help you.
I would also be able to feed you listings that meet your criteria freeing up valuable time it normally would take you, your choice. Happy to help you find that next income property, Florida investment or primary residence.
Other free resources are one of a few dozen banks and lending institutions that currently have mortgage divisions and vested loans in the area. You can also go to the courthouse for daily auctions and future property auctions if you prefer to compete on that level.
If you are really serious about this type of investment then you need to be prepared to act quickly on whatever $$ level you are buying at because the decent properties wont last long when they come available. You will also need to be prepared in most cases to bid higher than the list price. Your offer will need to be accompanied with a pre-qualification letter from your bank or mortgage company and/or a proof of funds letter or statement if you will be paying with cash. The banks want quick closings and don't like too many contingencies. Let me know how I can further assist you.

Hi My,
Realty Trac and others have many outdated listings due to the fact that they cover most of country. Then, they don't have all of them. I would be glad to send you foreclosures which fit your creterias then you can check them with even more details on the following site:

You need a local Real Estate agent who can represent you in an objective way. Once you pick one you have to move very fast. Offers for such deals are often over the asking price.
Good luck with your search,

If the home has already been foreclosed and the bank owns it, then it is up to the bank to list it with a Realtor. If it is listed with an active broker office, then it should be available on the MLS. Ask a Realtor to do a search of the address on their MLS and see if it is listed.
