Yes. You will still need to provide some specific information regarding your finances, etc... but it is possible to buy here. I would be happy to work with you and recommend some lenders that work with foreign nationals. Thanks.

Hi Armando,

Yes you definitely can. I have worked with a few foreign investors in securing them property in Los Angeles. One common thing to keep in mind is that any investment made will most likely have to bought in cash as lenders have tightened their reigns, but there are some fablous homes on the market perfect for investment. yes, many foreign nationals buy home in the United States as vacation homes. The US government is very open to foreign investing. This in no way changes Visa or other established guidelines.
