Here is our problem. We want to move to the Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville area. We currently live in a
We have a home with perhaps 500,000 equity. The home desparetly need a facelift to meet it's selling potential. Our credit is poor, and we have little money to work with on hand. We want ot buy a home outright (no mortgage), but cannot think of a way to get money to fix our home up with, and feel we need to move out first, into our new home, to have the room to work on our current home. Seems like we are facing homelessness, because we cannot keep this home, but cannot buy a new home with out selling this one first. Ideally, we need a seller to let us move into a new home with little or no cash up front, while we fix this house and sell it. Selling it, will not be a problem, we will go well below market to do it. Just annot figure out how to bridge the gap with out poor credit. Any creative ideas are appreciated. We are a family of 7 and ready to move, but feel trapped by this odd situation.
