Dear Fred and Karol,

I have lived in Sebastian for over five years now and my wife and I absolutely love it. It is a boating community with a very eclectic demographic, no traffic, even in high season, and very friendly. There are several gated communities here, some of which are still being developed. We have an abundance of price points and a good level of inventory to choose from. In addition, the Sebastian River HS just achieved an "A" rating and will have a new principal this coming year. This is a great community. For more info you can visit my website: CastlesByRC.com or give me a call.

Hi there, having children myself I completely understand you needs. Look into Bayside Lakes- a community in Palm Bay, FL. Very nice, good schools, close to everything, gate subdivisions for extra security and peaceful. Go to http://www.baysidelakes.com
